The following terms and conditions apply to all services provided by The Car People Wales to the customer, in conjunction with any relevant quotation provided to the customer by The Car People Wales. Acceptance of a quote, purchase and/or use of the services shall be considered acceptance of the terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
The customer must be of legal age and have a valid driver’s license to purchase a vehicle from us.
2. Vehicle Description
The customer should review the vehicle description and verify that it matches the vehicle they are purchasing.
3. Purchase Price
The customer agrees to pay the total purchase price of the vehicle, including any taxes, fees, or other charges.
4. Payment Terms
The customer agrees to the payment terms, including the amount of any down payment, the timing and amount of any installment payments, and the total amount financed.
5. Deposit
Customer agrees to pay £500 non-refundable holding deposit to secure the car and remove from the market. Deposit is only refundable in the case of distance selling where the customer remotely pays a deposit to secure the car and can further inspect prior to collection. If not satisfied with the goods, TCP will refund the deposit.
6. Delivery Date
The customer agrees to the estimated delivery date for the vehicle if delivery has been agreed.
7. Warranty
The customer agrees to the warranty terms, including the duration and coverage.
8. Title and Registration
TCP will complete change of ownership of the vehicle once payment has been fully obtained. The customer agrees to obtain the title and to pay any associated costs such as vehicle excess duty (Tax).
9. Insurance
The customer agrees to obtain insurance coverage for the vehicle they are purchasing.
10. Cancellation and Refund Policy
The customer agrees to the dealership’s policy for cancelling the sale and obtaining a refund, if applicable.
11. Governing Law
The customer agrees that the laws of the state where the dealership is located will govern the agreement.
12. Severability
The customer agrees that if any part of the agreement is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the agreement will still be valid.
13. Entire Agreement
The customer agrees that the agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
